NOTE: Please download the Registration Form from the links provided here or at the top of the page, fill it out, sign it, and upload the scanned copy below along with other required documents.

  • Two photocopies of student's valid passport
  • Two photocopies of student's Birth Certificate
  • Four recent passport sized Photographs
  • A copy of the student's Vaccination Report
  • Signed Terms and Conditions Form (Download here)
  • Child's most recent school report
  • Reference letter from previous school
  • Transfer certificate from previous school
  • Copy of both parent's passports
  • Copy of both parent's CPRs
  • Non-refundable application fee BD 100/-

DECLARATION

I have read, understood and agreed to the contents of this application form. It is understood that all required documents form part of the admission to the school and the statutory registration with the Ministry of Education; and that document additionally required, not accompanying this Application Form, must be given to the Admissions Office as soon as possible.

I am aware that I will not be able to select a preferred teacher for my child. New students are allocated to classes according to Delmon Private School policies.
